Gustav Lorentzen from Knutsen & Ludvigsen has died - I don't think they'd played live for a few years, and I had no particular plans to see them if they did, but it's a pity all the same.
More cheerfully, the Hellbillies, whose lead singer was injured in an accident last summer, are touring again this summer (although nowhere I'm likely to be) and have a new album out in June.
Gitarkameratene just seem to be having fun - the final total was 7 concerts in Oslo (I was at the second, I think), and they've got a lot of other places lined up for the summer :)
And Runrig are confusing me by announcing all their tour dates for the rest of the year all together, so instead of being left wondering if there are going to be Scottish Christmas dates, I have to book things before I know if I'll be able to get to them.
I'm hoping I can make it back from Serbia in time to get to Stornoway for the Hebridean Celtic Festival - which gives away that I've done nothing about my trip transport - but I will plan that one before booking anything. No Friday night in Newcastle, this December, and I think I have take the chance on the Barrowlands, because there is apparently going to be no Runrig in 2011, and I don't want to risk missing out...
